Jim Tendick

Jim Tendick is a co-founder of the MVMC and retired priest for the Hispanic congregation of St. Francis Episcopal Church in Moab, Utah. The Reverend has served on a number of community and church-related boards and committees, including the Anti-racism Committee of the Episcopal Diocese of Utah and the Diocesan Committee for Preventing Sexual Misconduct and Abuse in the Church. He is currently a member of the Children’s Justice Center Advisory Board in Moab. Rev. Tendick also co-founded and directed the center for “Friends of the Hopi” in 1977, working with Hopi elders in Flagstaff, AZ.
